In order to increase the effectiveness of information and explanatory work and the quality of interaction with the public, a seminar meeting was held on November 12, 2025, chaired by Talgat Uali, Director of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the seminar, common approaches to organizing information and explanatory work, issues of effective interaction with citizens through the E-atinish system, as well as mechanisms for working with official websites and pages of justice authorities on social networks were discussed. Special attention is paid to modern formats of communication with journalists and bloggers, issues of compliance with the legislation on mass media, as well as the development of public communication skills of employees of judicial authorities.
