Results for 2024: cases of underestimation of income from the sale of property were revealed.
As a result, notifications were sent to individuals.
What to do:
• either submit a report and pay the tax,
• or, if you do not agree, provide an explanation.
The deadline for notification execution is 30 business days.
The SRC reminds that taxes must be paid upon receipt of income, including from the sale of property.
