As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on November 14 of this year, the Department of Regulation and Control over the activities of bailiffs conducted explanatory work among the population about the possibilities of submitting appeals through the AdiletGov mobile application.

Thanks to the app "Adilet.gov "a citizen does not need to independently send appeals to E-Otinish on the actions or inaction of a private bailiff, or wait in weekly queues for a response from the chamber or the prosecutor's office.
All processes are automated: the appeal is immediately recorded in the system, if necessary, sent to the regional Chamber of Civil Protection, and in the absence of a response, it is automatically transmitted to the Department of Justice.
Thus, each applicant receives fast and transparent control over the activities of the CSI without unnecessary bureaucratic difficulties.
