The Department of State Revenue in Almaty together with the Branch of the non-profit Joint Stock Company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in Almaty held a round table with the participation of representatives of the Process Center of the Administrative Police Department of the Almaty City Police Department on the simplification of the procedure for providing a document confirming the legality of the refund of overpaid amounts of state duties, fees and other payments upon receipt state services for "Registration/re-registration of vehicles", "Issuing driver's licenses" and "Issuing a license plate for motor vehicles".

The participants of the round table noted the importance of optimizing this process in order to reduce the time required to review appeals and ensure timely repayment of state duty amounts for individuals and legal entities.
