Budapest, 17 November 2025 - A delegation from the Kazakh-Turkish Intergovernmental Khoja Ahmed Yassawi University visited the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Hungary. Led by Prof. Dr. Muhittin Şimşek, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, the delegation discussed with Ambassador Abzal Saparbekuly the university’s cooperation initiatives with Hungary. In particular, the sides explored:

- Academic exchange between universities and the implementation of joint projects;

- Inviting Hungarian youth to pursue studies at the university;

- Contributing to mutual cooperation between the Turkic world and Hungary within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States.

At the end of the meeting, Ambassador Saparbekuly expressed sincere appreciation for the practical steps taken to implement the agreements reached during the university leadership’s previous visit. During the Budapest visit, the university delegation will also hold a gathering of scholars and sign cooperation agreements.
