The Kostanay City Prosecutor's Office constantly monitors and actively supports the implementation of investment projects in the city.

One of the investors, despite the provisions of the legislation and the terms of the contract concluded with him, encountered difficulties in obtaining a land plot for the construction of a furniture workshop free of charge.

The entrepreneur reported the problem to the mobile group. The audit confirmed the validity of his claims.

At the suggestion of the Kostanay city Prosecutor, the Department of Land Relations reviewed the terms of the concluded agreement. As a result, the investor was granted the right to use the land plot intended for starting a business free of charge.

The measures taken contributed to the restoration of the investor's legal rights and the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of the investment project.
