Budapest, 14 November 2025 - The Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Abzal Saparbekuly, visited the office of «MVM EGI Zrt» and held a meeting with its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Péter Kárpáti.

During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues of strategic cooperation between Kazakhstan and «MVM EGI». The Ambassador expressed gratitude for the company’s interest in strengthening bilateral energy collaboration and emphasized Kazakhstan’s openness to further developing a professional dialogue.

The parties also reviewed prospects for expanding the partnership in such areas as the modernization of thermal power plants, development of gas-fired generation, hydropower, introduction of modern engineering solutions, and the digitalization of energy systems.

The Ambassador invited «MVM Group» to explore potential opportunities for participation in Kazakhstan’s investment and infrastructure projects, highlighting the Government’s readiness to provide full support to foreign partners.

Following the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their interest in further strengthening cooperation and agreed to continue working-level discussions to define the next steps.
