Today, the Institute of Analysis and Forecasting of the East Kazakhstan region hosted a round table on the prevention of suicidal behavior, delinquency and ludomania among young people.The event was attended by sociologists, psychologists, representatives of educational institutions, the Commissioner for Children's Rights of East Kazakhstan Region, as well as specialists from specialized organizations.                                                                                                                The speaker was Senior assistant prosecutor of the region A.Zheksembayev. During which he touched upon topical issues related to the prevention of juvenile and youth offenses, the legal consequences of gambling, as well as measures to prevent suicidal behavior among minors and youth.                                     Special attention was paid to the need for interdepartmental cooperation and strengthening preventive work in the educational environment, as well as the role of the family, school and society in the formation of healthy life values among the younger generation.                                                                                                   Following the results of the round table, the participants expressed their readiness for further cooperation and the development of joint measures aimed at ensuring safety, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of young people.                                                                                                                                                    Children and youth are the future of our country, and their safety, well-being and harmonious development are an absolute priority for the Prosecutor's office. Prevention of negative social phenomena, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the younger generation will continue to be one of the key areas in the activities of the regional prosecutor's office.
