Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 2025 № 628 approved tax reporting form 328.00 “Statement of importation of goods and payment of indirect taxes” for 2026.

You will be notified in advance about the gradual publication of the new version of reporting in the IS “Taxpayer's Cabinet”, “SONO NP” in the news feed of the systems, as well as on the Internet portal of the authorized body (kgd.gov.kz).

In this regard, in order to timely fulfill tax obligations before the publication of tax reporting of the new version, the forms available at the time of tax reporting in the Cabinet of the taxpayer, IS “SONO NP” and on the web portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov.kz).
