The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that, in connection with the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 1, 2026, by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/12/2025 No. 695, the tax reporting forms for 2026 were approved with an explanation of their preparation and the Rules for their submission.

By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 2025 No. 628, the tax reporting form 328.00 "Application for import of goods and payment of indirect taxes" for 2026 was approved.

You will be notified in advance in the news feed of the systems, as well as on the Internet portal of the authorized body, about the phased publication of the new version of the financial statements in the IP "Taxpayer's Cabinet", "SONO NP" (kgd.gov.kz ).

In this regard, in order to fulfill tax obligations in a timely manner before the publication of the new version of tax reports, the forms available at the time of tax reporting are available in the Taxpayer's Office, IP SONO NP and on the web portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov.kz ).
