At the extraordinary 39th session, deputies of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat considered issues related to clarifying the city's budget and bringing the maslikhat's decisions in line with changes in legislation.

Due to savings resulting from public procurement and an increase in budget revenues, additional funds were allocated to purchase compensatory equipment for people with disabilities, provide assistance during descent and ascent in multi-storey buildings for people with disabilities with musculoskeletal disorders, and provide social assistance to specialists in rural areas to purchase fuel.

Additional funds are also provided for salary increases for drivers and car mechanics of special equipment "Taza Oskemen", provision of winter maintenance of inner-city driveways and the private sector, rental of special equipment to Territorial management Centers for winter maintenance of public areas.

In addition, the deputies considered the issue of bringing previously adopted legal acts into line with the current legislation. In this regard, the decision of the Maslikhat "On lowering the tax rate when applying a special retail tax regime in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" becomes invalid on January 1, 2026 due to amendments to the tax legislation.
