Mangystau Region Celebrates the 20th Anniversary of Public Service Centers

The Mangystau regional branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” organized a ceremonial event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Public Service Centers (PSC). The anniversary gathering took place at the House of Friendship and was attended by industry veterans, representatives of government agencies and invited guests.

During the event, a detailed presentation was given on the 20-year development path of the PSC system, new opportunities for providing services to citizens, as well as the digitalization projects that have been implemented. Special attention was paid to the contribution of PSC employees to improving the accessibility and quality of public services.

The first Public Service Centers in Kazakhstan were opened in 2005 in the cities of Almaty and Astana. In the Mangystau Region, the first PSC began operating in March 2007 in the city of Aktau. That same year, PSC branches were opened in Beineu, Munaily, Zhanaozen, Tupkaragan, Karakiya and Mangystau districts.

Today, more than 500 professional employees work in the Mangystau regional branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.” The branch includes 9 divisions and 4 sectors.

The branch director, Aibek Muzbayev, noted: “For twenty years, Public Service Centers have been providing high-quality services to millions of citizens, raising service standards to a new level. This achievement is the result of the daily work of thousands of specialists.”

    During the event, employees were awarded special anniversary badges and letters of appreciation. In total, about 100 qualified specialists were recognized for their high professionalism and dedication.
