On November 28, 2025, the extraordinary seventeenth session of the Maslikhat of Ulken Naryn district of the eighth convocation was held, which was attended by deputies of the maslikhat, akim of the district Yeldos Bayrakhmetov, deputy akims of the district, heads of the Department of Economics and Finance, Department of Internal Policy, Culture and Language Development and Sports, Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture, head of the sector of the State Revenue Department for Ulken Naryn district, akims of Novo-Khairuzovsky, Solonovsky, Ulken Naryn rural districts, Director of the Ulken Naryn district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the East Kazakhstan region, correspondent of the newspaper "Naryn Tany". The Maslikhat session was broadcast online on the Internet.
The following issues were considered at the session: on amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of Ulken Naryn district dated December 24, 2024 No.9/80-VIII "On the budget of Ulken Naryn District for 2025-2027", on lowering the tax rate when applying a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration in Ulken Naryn district, announcing a break in the work of the extraordinary The seventeenth session of the maslikhat of Ulken Naryn district.
E.Akimbetova, Head of the Department of Economics and Finance of Ulken Naryn district, spoke on the first issue of the session's agenda. She familiarized with the changes being made to the district budget.
The second issue was addressed by the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture, M.Eleusizov. He said that the draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 726 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a result of the consideration and discussion of the issues on the agenda, the deputies adopted the relevant decisions.
