The exhibition «Under a Single Shanyrak» opened at the Abai State Historical, Cultural, and Literary Memorial Museum-Reserve «Zhidebai-Borili» in Semey. The exhibition features everyday and festive folk costumes made at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, along with selected household items from the collection of the East Kazakhstan Regional Architectural, Ethnographic, and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve. The exhibits reflect the richness and diversity of the traditional culture of the people of Kazakhstan. The opening was accompanied by a tour, during which museum staff explained the significance of folk costume in everyday life and ritual traditions.
