To the attention of persons with disabilities when ordering goods through the Social Services Portal!

Persons with disabilities, according to the individual habilitation and rehabilitation program for persons with disabilities, are provided with rehabilitation facilities and services through the Social Services Portal. The purpose of the Social Services Portal is to ensure direct interaction of persons with disabilities with providers, providing the right to make independent choices. Recipients of goods and services on the Social Services Portal need to pay attention to the conformity of the received goods with the declared characteristics (brand, functional characteristics of the goods) and operability. If the delivered goods do not match the completed order, the recipient of the services has the right to refuse acceptance. According to the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", in case of detection of non-conformity of goods during operation, the recipient has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days. In addition, vehicles and wheelchairs issued to persons with disabilities must be new, unused, and not subject to sale or transfer to other persons (According to paragraph 9 of the Rules for Providing Persons with Disabilities with prosthetic and Orthopedic care, technical support (compensatory) equipment, and special means of transportation in accordance with the individual habilitation program and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, including the time of their replacement). Accordingly, persons with disabilities who have received rehabilitation facilities through the Social Services Portal must comply with these restrictions.
