In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2025 No. 506, amendments were made to the Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/02/2025 No. 342 "On certain issues of regulating the import of certain types of stone products into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Thus, according to the amendments, a ban was imposed on the import of certain types of stone products from third countries to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transport for a period of three months (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union:

6801000000 - paving stones, curbs - stones and slabs for paving made of natural stone,

✅6802931000 - polished, decorated or otherwise processed granite, other than carved, with a net weight of 10 kg or more,

✅6802939000 - granite for monuments or construction).

This order shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
