On November 28, 2025, the Department of the Committee of State Labor Inspection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Karaganda Region held an expanded meeting dedicated to compliance with ethical standards in the civil service and anti-corruption efforts.

The meeting was attended by:
— Örken Bolatkyzy Alshynbayeva, Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
— Kaysar Khayranovich Akbarov, Head of the Civil Service Oversight Division of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Karaganda Region.

Participants discussed the key requirements for ethical behavior of civil servants, measures to prevent corruption risks, and ways to enhance transparency and public trust in government bodies. Particular attention was given to strengthening the culture of professional ethics and increasing the personal responsibility of each employee.

As a result of the meeting, further areas of work were identified, aimed at improving ethical standards and increasing the effectiveness of anti-corruption activities.
