🇰🇿🇪🇺Today, Kazakhstan and the European Union will begin negotiations on visa facilitation.

A meeting chaired by Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev and EU High Representative Kaja Kallas took place in Brussels.

Following the meeting, the parties announced that negotiations on visa facilitation for Kazakhstani citizens and a readmission agreement would begin on December 2.

The EU remains Kazakhstan's largest economic partner, with trade reaching $50 billion and investment reaching $200 billion. More than 4,000 European companies operate in the country.
