In connection with the adoption of the new Tax Code, the State Revenue Committee is updating its approach to tax risk management. Instead of the previous categorization of taxpayers, a flexible risk analysis system will now be applied in various areas - types of taxes, industries, regions and groups of enterprises, etc.

     Taking this into account, a new convenient tool has been created for business - "Information on counterparties." It helps to obtain up-to-date open data and evaluate your counterparty based on information on the tax regime, registration records for VAT, the amount of taxes paid, the number of employees, the tax burden ratio, the head and founders of the company, as well as the presence of restrictions on the ESF or inclusion in the list of unreliable organizations, etc.

    To do this, just go to the https://portal.kgd.gov.kz Committee Portal, enter the BIN/IIN, and the information will be available.

    This service will be consistently improved and improved taking into account the proposals and needs of taxpayers.

    The new service is a step towards a more transparent tax space and secure business relationships.
