The Department for the Blind and Visually Impaired of the Saken Seifullin Central Library of the Zhetysu Region provided home delivery services. At the request of our regular reader, Kaseinova Kulshari, a visually impaired person of the 1st disability group, Braille books and audiobooks on discs were delivered to her home.

During the visit, her reading needs were clarified, and future literature requests were discussed.
