From November 21 to 23, Astana hosted the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in futsal among veterans. Ten teams from various regions of the country took part in the competition. The tournament was distinguished by a high level of preparation and strong competition among the teams.

The team Keden – Masters, composed of employees of the East Kazakhstan Region State Revenue Department, demonstrated confident performance, completing the group stage without a single defeat.

In the playoffs, Keden – Masters consistently achieved victories over their opponents: in the quarterfinals, they defeated the Akmola Region team Atbasar with a score of 7:0; in the semifinals, they beat the Petropavlovsk team SKO 5:1. In the final match, Keden – Masters defeated the five-time national champion Bucephal with a score of 2:0, winning the title of the 2025 Champion of Kazakhstan.

Following the results of the tournament, the title of Best Defender of the Championship was awarded to Keden – Masters player Yelzhan Zakariya.

Founded in 2004, the team is one of the most stable and successful teams in East Kazakhstan. Their achievements include 12 victories in the regional championship, as well as numerous accomplishments at the national level, including winning the Serғazy Rymbayev Tournament and three victories in the Alakol Summer Cup.

The team captain, head of the Post-Release Customs Control Division of the EKR State Revenue Department Bolatbek Zhamanbayev, noted that the results achieved are the outcome of many years of consistent work and the team’s strong unity.

Keden – Masters features well-known regional athletes, including international-class masters of sports in Kazakh kures, sambo, and judo, as well as masters of sports in football.

With the support of the EKR State Revenue Department leadership and the veterans’ sports organization led by Mukhamedolla Agzamov, Keden – Masters continues to strengthen its position in Kazakhstani futsal and serve as an example for the younger generation.
