The ceremonial opening of the international boxing tournament among boys born in 2010–2011, dedicated to the memory of Erlan Nysanbayev Bakhytzhanuly, took place in the Karmakshy District.

Approximately 300 young athletes representing 15 teams are participating in the competition, having arrived from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, as well as from various cities across the country.

During the opening ceremony, Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev wished the young athletes success and emphasized the importance of the tournament in fostering patriotism and perseverance among the younger generation. In addition, Erlan Nysanbayev’s brother, Zhal Shaymerdenov, addressed the audience on behalf of the family, while Galymazhan Koshkinbayuly spoke on behalf of the organizers, highlighting the purpose and significance of the tournament.

From a young age, Erlan Nysanbayev was deeply involved in sports and achieved high results in district, regional, and national boxing competitions. His determination in sports and love for his country serve as an example for today’s youth.

It is worth noting that the tournament is being held for the eleventh time. The competition will conclude on December 20, when the winners and prizewinners will be awarded.
