To develop the digitalization of government services and improve their accessibility for citizens, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" has introduced a new digital service, "Power of Attorney," into the "TsON" mobile app.

This service allows citizens to issue electronic powers of attorney to obtain government services at specialized TsONs (collecting completed documents, registering and deregistering vehicles, and replacing/duplicate registration documents and license plates). The process is completed entirely online and takes only a few minutes. An electronic digital signature is used for signing, guaranteeing the legal validity of the completed document and ensuring the protection of personal data.

"The launch of this service is an important step in the development of the digital ecosystem of government services. It makes obtaining necessary documents faster, safer, and more convenient, and reduces the likelihood of fraudulent schemes and third-party interference," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."

Using an electronic power of attorney eliminates the need to transfer documents to third parties and minimizes the risk of fraud. Direct interaction with government information systems ensures the accuracy, currency, and automatic verification of data.

To use the service, log in to the "TsON" mobile app (available in the App Store and Google Play) using your IIN and phone number.

The service costs 500 tenge per power of attorney.

The introduction of the digital service further improves the convenience and security of government services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
