On December 18, 2025, the ethics commissioner of the Ministry, together with the legal department, held a training seminar on the topic: "Official ethics, professional responsibility and anti-corruption prevention".

During the event, the main requirements of official ethics, principles of legality, proper performance of duties and personal responsibility of civil servants were explained to the participants.

A separate block was devoted to the behavior of civil servants during holidays and weekends, with an emphasis on the need to observe restraint and norms of official ethics.

Attention is also drawn to the inadmissibility of appearing in public places, driving vehicles, as well as the use of alcohol, narcotic and other psychoactive substances in a state incompatible with the requirements of official reputation and professional ethics.

In addition, practical recommendations during inspections and business trips, including foreign ones, with an emphasis on compliance with the official framework, prevention of conflict of interests and refusal to receive gifts and other illegal benefits are considered.

At the end of the seminar, the importance of strict observance of ethical norms and professional discipline was noted as a key factor of public trust in public service.
