Ljubljana, December 24, 2025 – The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Slovenia held a working meeting with the leadership of Alma Mater Europaea University, one of the leading higher education institutions in the region, and discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in education, science and international initiatives to promote peace and sustainable development.
The parties exchanged experiences in the field of educational programs, scientific research and joint projects, including the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process and support for innovative initiatives among young people. Special attention was paid to the opportunities for Kazakhstani students and researchers to participate in international programs of Alma Mater Europaea and The Global Peace Offensive Center (GPOC) projects aimed at global promotion of peace, tolerance and intercultural dialogue.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan stressed the importance of expanding academic ties and joint initiatives that contribute not only to the development of science and education, but also to strengthening academic partnership between Kazakhstan and Slovenia. In turn, the university management expressed readiness for active cooperation, exchange of experience and implementation of joint educational and social projects.
