On December 26, 2025, the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region, Saktaganov Nurymbet Amanuly, held a working meeting with representatives of the international company MNALRC W.L.L., registered in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of a large-scale investment project in the industrial and metallurgical sector within the territory of East Kazakhstan Region. The company’s representatives presented a concept for constructing a modern ferro-silicon production plant, featuring advanced technologies and strict compliance with environmental standards.

MNALRC W.L.L. is an international trading and consulting company specializing in the support and implementation of industrial investment projects. The company cooperates with international financial institutions and strategic partners, providing project financing, technological expertise, and management support.

The project предусматривает the introduction of state-of-the-art environmentally safe technologies, including waste heat recovery systems, desulphurization and denitrification systems, a closed-loop water supply, as well as automated emissions monitoring and control systems. Project implementation is aimed at reducing environmental impact, applying circular economy principles, and ensuring integrated resource utilization.

It was specifically noted that the construction of the plant is planned exclusively within the territory of East Kazakhstan Region.

As part of the project implementation, 660 new jobs are planned to be created, which will deliver a significant socio-economic effect for the region and contribute to strengthening its industrial potential.
