A round table was held in the Akmola Regional Court on the topic "Judicial practice of applying legislation on the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens."

The event was attended by the Chairman of the regional court Arman Zhukenov, the head of the Department of State Revenues in the Akmola region Dulat Nurmuldin, heads of banking structures and employees of state revenue bodies.

The application of the procedure for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy is an opportunity for citizens, within the legal framework, to find a way out of the state of insolvency, proportional and consistent satisfaction of creditors' claims, reducing conflict and social tension in the state.

 The meeting participants exchanged views, discussed emerging difficulties in working with system databases, written requests, on the powers of financial managers.

Summing up the meeting, taking into account the proposals received, the regional court will present the developed recommendations for the application of legislation, which will be sent to all participants for application in their work.
