A meeting of the board of the prosecutor's office was chaired by regional prosecutor Marat Abishev, at which the results of the work of the prosecutor's office for 2025 were summed up.

Opening the meeting, the regional prosecutor emphasized that the efforts of the regional prosecutor's office are aimed at the effective execution of the instructions of the Head of State and the Prosecutor General.  

A digital transformation is taking place in the system of prosecutorial authorities aimed at increasing the efficiency of supervision.

Deputy regional prosecutors, reports from city and district prosecutors, and heads of structural divisions were heard.

The main results of supervisory, human rights and coordinating work were discussed.  

Particular attention is paid to the issues of protecting the rights of citizens, combating crime and ensuring the rule of law in the socio-economic sphere, as well as the implementation of the Concept «Law and Order» as the foundation for systemic crime prevention and strengthening law and order.

During the reporting period, thanks to the measures taken, we achieved a decrease in registered crimes by 7%.

With the coordination of the prosecutor's office, drug laboratories and a drug store were successfully liquidated, and 76 kg of synthetics were seized.

The regional prosecutor gave instructions to city district prosecutors to coordinate the activities of all state and law enforcement agencies aimed at reducing crime and creating a safe environment.

At the same time, city district prosecutors are focused on protecting constitutional rights, combating drug trafficking and fraud, and preventing juvenile crime.

 Already, together with the akimat, an interdepartmental working group has been created and two projects are being implemented aimed at protecting the rights of children.

Taking into account the experience of other regions, special emphasis is placed on the implementation of the new Law «On Crime Prevention», conducting explanatory work within the framework of the concept «Law and Order».

In general, with the coordination of the regional prosecutor's office, the main vector of supervision will be aimed at ensuring the targeted expenditure of budget funds, the legality of public procurement procedures, preventing facts of tax evasion, preventing corruption, in cooperation with all government bodies.
