Ankara, December 30, 2025 - During the working visit of Ambassador Y. Sapiyev to Mersin Province of the Republic of Türkiye, meetings were held with representatives of a number of major industrial enterprises.

The discussions focused on prospects for expanding and deepening investment and trade-economic cooperation between the two countries. In particular, attention was given to the establishment of production facilities in Kazakhstan in the fields of food processing, metalworking, and hygiene products, the creation of joint ventures, as well as opportunities for Turkish companies to participate in investment projects in Kazakhstan.

As a result of the meetings, the parties agreed to further advance cooperation with Turkish businesses and to organize a visit of Turkish companies to Kazakhstan in order to provide a comprehensive presentation of the country’s investment potential.
