The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is launching the "People's Accountant" campaign, a free advisory service for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.

The main format is offline reception at state revenue offices in cities and regional centers.

January–February 2026 — 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 10:00 to 13:00

Starting from March 2026 — 2 times a week

Reception locations will be marked with signs "People's Accountant" with the address and work schedule.

professional accountants and auditors;
representatives of accounting associations;
experienced employees of state revenue agencies.

, Geography:

in Astana, Almaty and Shymkent — separate sites (if possible in all districts);
in the regions — at the district level, if necessary, with the departure of specialists.

video consultations and telephone communication;
online consultations via official resources;
webinars (online and offline);
thematic sessions during the reporting periods.

Booklets with simple explanations and step-by-step instructions will also be prepared, the materials of the Call Center will be updated and the SalykBot Telegram channel will be filled with content.

"People's Accountant" is the first step from control to service support for taxpayers.

In the future, additional measures are planned to prevent violations and strengthen consulting support.
