Since January 5, the People's Accountant and Open Door Days campaigns have been launched in all state revenue agencies of the Zhambyl region. These campaigns aim to provide free consultations to individual entrepreneurs and small businesses. They also cover key changes in the new Tax Code, which came into effect in 2026.

This initiative is part of the transition from a control model to a service-based approach for taxpayers.

The consultations are conducted by professional accountants, representatives of accounting associations, and experienced employees of state revenue agencies.

During the first two days of the campaign, explanations were provided to 136 business entities.

During the events, the main issues are: special tax regimes, including the procedure for transferring and changing the tax code, VAT issues, tax benefits, etc. questions.

These measures are aimed at improving the tax literacy of entrepreneurs and reducing the number of violations through timely preventive and advisory support.

These activities are carried out on an ongoing basis.
