An off-site meeting was held today on the construction of multi-family residential buildings in the Konai and Bereke neighborhoods.

In 2025, 51.2 thousand square meters of housing, including 9 multi-apartment and 124 individual residential buildings, were commissioned in Kostanay at the expense of budgetary funds. 7 apartment buildings have been built in Bereke microdistrict, and 2 in Konai microdistrict.

This year, it is planned to complete the construction of 11 more apartment buildings: 8 in the Konai microdistrict and 3 in the Bereke microdistrict. Taking into account the commissioning of these facilities, the construction of multi-family housing in the Konai microdistrict will be fully completed. The total number of houses here will be 30, and the number of houses built at the expense of the budget in Bereke microdistrict will reach 27.

Housing construction in the city is mainly carried out by local contractors, which has a positive effect on the quality and timing of work.
