УDear taxpayers,

In order to ensure a timely transition to the chosen tax regime, the State Revenue Committee decided to provide a temporary opportunity to submit a tax application for revocation of tax reporting.

This application will be available in the old and new KNP until March 1, 2026, that is, for the transition period.

Please note that tax reporting forms (TNFs) are subject to recall in the information system in which they were submitted.:

- if the TNF is represented in the new KNP, the application for withdrawal must also be submitted in the new KNP;

- if the TNF is represented in the old KNP, the application for withdrawal is submitted in the old KNP.

Additionally, we inform you that in accordance with the new Tax Code, the norm providing for the possibility of withdrawal of TNF is excluded. In this regard, this functionality must be used exclusively:

- for timely selection of the tax regime;

- upon termination of the activity of an individual entrepreneur.
