From January 20 to March 1, 2026, the city of Kostanay is accepting proposals within the framework of the "Budget of National Participation" project for implementation in 2027.

The project allows residents to directly participate in the allocation of city budget funds for urban improvement and development activities. The project administrator is the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of Kostanay city.

Participants: adult residents of Kostanay.

How to submit a project:

Go to the Akimat's website: gov.kz → The budget of public participation.

Select the "Budget of public participation" section.

Fill out the application: project name, brief description, address of the facility.

Attach a sketch, an estimate, and photos of the current condition of the facility; if desired– a presentation.

Voting: from April 5 to April 24, 2026 in electronic format. The results and decisions of the Expert Council will be published on the Akimat's website.

Information about the progress of the projects will be publicly available to residents and the media.
