Dear taxpayers!

In order to ensure a timely transition to the chosen tax regime, the Committee decided to provide a temporary opportunity to submit a tax application for revocation of tax reporting.

This application will be available in the old and new KNP until March 01, 2026, i.e. during the transition period.

At the same time, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that tax reporting forms are subject to recall in the information system in which they were submitted (if the TNF is submitted in the new CNP, filling out and submitting the tax return for review must also be carried out in the new CNP. If the TNF is represented in the old KNP, then the application for withdrawal must be submitted to the old KNP)

Also, given that the norm regarding the possibility of revocation of TNF is excluded in accordance with the new Tax Code, this functionality should be used only for the purpose of timely selection of the tax regime, as well as termination of activity by an individual entrepreneur.
