On March 1, 2026, tax authorities will automatically deregister taxpayers as Individual Entrepreneurs (IE) if they applied the STR based on a patent or the STR using a special mobile application in 2025.

The date of deregistration will be recognized as January 1, 2026; however, the right to apply for deregistration independently is preserved.
Note: Deregistration will not be performed if the taxpayer has submitted a notification regarding the applicable regime with a choice of a different regime.

In this case, the start date for the application of the STR for the self-employed is recognized as the date the first receipt is generated in the "e-Salyq Business" mobile application.
