On January 22, 2026, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zhanibek Abdrashov, held a meeting with the Counsellor to the Trade and Economic Department of the Embassy of Belgium in Kazakhstan, Aizhan Musakanova. Both sides emphasized the importance of further expanding partnership relations aimed at mutually increasing the level of investment and trade and economic ties between the two countries. In turn, the Counsellor expressed her willingness to contribute to the further development of bilateral cooperation.
