On January 21, 2026, an Open Day for residents of the East Kazakhstan Region was held at the premises of the Department of State Revenue for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk as part of the nationwide “People’s Accountant” campaign.

During the event, representatives of the state revenue authorities provided advisory assistance to taxpayers, explaining the provisions of the new Tax Code, the procedure for submitting tax reports, transitional rules for special tax regimes, issues related to VAT registration and deregistration, as well as the specifics of working with information systems.

At the conclusion of the event, participants expressed their gratitude to the staff of the state revenue authorities for the assistance provided and their professional consultations.

The campaign will run until June 30, 2026. Consultations for taxpayers will be conducted on a regular basis in accordance with the approved schedule:

in January–February — on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; starting from March — twice a week.Consultations are held at the following address:86 N. Nazarbayev Avenue, 3rd floor, Department of State Revenue for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
