Honoring citizens who have devoted their lives to the field of education and served the public good with dedication for many years is one of the key responsibilities of society. In this regard, a retirement ceremony for Baurzhan Nazaruly Duisenbayev, Director of Secondary School No. 30 named after Omar Shorayakuly, was held today in the conference hall of the district akimat. The ceremonial event was chaired by the District Akim, Zhandos Erkinbek, who paid tribute to a citizen who has earned public trust through many years of honest service.

— Over more than 40 years of professional activity, Baurzhan Nazaruly progressed from a teacher to Deputy Akim of Zhosaly settlement, Director of Schools No. 250, No. 27, and No. 30, and Head of the District Education Department. In every position, he demonstrated strong leadership experience, organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism in working with the public and staff. His initiatives and decisions were aimed at strengthening social stability, improving the quality of education, and building public trust, — noted the District Akim.

Special recognition was also given to Baurzhan Nazaruly’s contribution to transitioning five Russian schools in the city of Baikonur to the Kazakhstan national education standards.

During the event, Zhandos Erkinbek presented the honoree with the district’s highest award — the “Qurmet” Certificate of Honor.

Additionally, congratulatory speeches were delivered by the Chairman of the District Maslikhat, Ädil Qoshalakov; veteran educator and Honorary Citizen of Karmakshy District, Dämeli Zhalgasbayeva; and veteran of sports and education, Erkin Atabayev, who shared their warm wishes.

At the conclusion of the event, Baurzhan Duisenbayev expressed his sincere gratitude to the district leadership and colleagues for the respect and appreciation shown to him.
