On January 26, 2026, a meeting of specialists from the State Institution "Territorial Inspection of the Altai Region of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held in the village of Parygino, who conducted training on how to work using the TortTulik mobile application. The TortTulik application allows owners to take stock of livestock, obtain a veterinary passport, register slaughter and tags, and receive notifications about vaccination. The application is synchronized with a shared database and works offline. This application is available in the Android Playmarket. Purpose: Digitization of livestock, timely veterinary prevention, simplification of purchase and sale of livestock.
The application helps automate the accounting process, making it transparent for owners (farmers, LLP, private farms) and veterinarians.
