On January 23, 2026, a seminar for specialists from government agencies, rural districts, and the village of Tobol was held in the small hall of the Beimbet Maylin District Akimat. The seminar focused on the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Crime Prevention." During the seminar, participants were introduced to the Law's key provisions, its goals and objectives, and key innovations aimed at strengthening preventive work and interagency cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the Law's provisions at the local level, the role of government agencies in crime prevention, and the duties and responsibilities of citizens in upholding law and order and participating in preventive measures.
