In order to support entrepreneurs and improve the quality of accounting and tax accounting, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is holding a campaign “The People's Accountant”.

The action started on January 5, 2026 and will last until June 30, 2026.

“The People's Accountant” is free consulting assistance for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Entrepreneurs will be able to get clear and practical explanations on accounting, tax reporting and work in information systems.

The action is held on the basis of state revenue departments in cities and districts of the region.

Work schedule in the first months of January-February 2026 consultations 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 10:00 to 13:00. From March 2026, consultations 2 times a week.

The places of reception are marked with special signs “People's Accountant”, indicating the working hours and address.

Within the framework of the campaign, consultations will be held by professional accountants and auditors, representatives of professional accounting associations and the most experienced employees of state revenue authorities to explain the legislation.
