In Shymkent, a series of measures to improve the urban environment and enhance residents' quality of life are being implemented as part of the Green Beam Modernization Concept. One of the key stages of the Concept is the relocation of residents living in dilapidated buildings to new, well-appointed housing under the renovation program.
Since its launch, 102 families have already been relocated. Residents have been provided with modern housing in the Shymkent City and Turan microdistricts. All apartments are fully finished, fully match the number of rooms previously occupied, and ready for occupancy.
Today, eight more families who previously lived at 13 Nurlybaev Street received keys to new apartments. City Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov attended the ceremony.
The mayor congratulated the new residents on their new beginnings, wished them a comfortable family life, and emphasized that relocating residents from dilapidated housing is a priority for the city's development. He emphasized the importance of a systematic approach to district modernization aimed at creating a comfortable and safe environment for all residents.
It should be emphasized that the modernization of the Zelenaya Balka district is part of the city's comprehensive efforts aimed at developing infrastructure, improving the environment, and creating new opportunities for residents.
