On November 20, in honor of the 110th anniversary of the birth of the Hero of the Soviet Union, academician, writer and public figure Malik Gabdullin, a round table "Zhek tuyn zhelburetken gerlesim" was held. The event was organized in the library of the Dostar House of Culture, which is part of the Kokshetau city information library system.

The guests of honor of the round table were a member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, cultural figure Sailau Koshkenuly and a member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, poet, journalist, director of the Kokshetau city information library system Serik Zhetpiskaliev. The participants of the round table shared their memories of our fellow countryman - the hero and scientist Malik Gabdullin.

The researchers of the Malik Gabdullin Museum Zh.Azhybai and E. Erzhanova made reports "Milik Abdullinn қәң debi murasyndagy ultty" and "History of the creation of the Malik Gabdullin Museum," a documentary filmed during the hero's trip to his homeland was also presented to the attention of the participants 1943. Pupils of secondary schools in the city of Kokshetau read poems dedicated to Malik Gabdullin by famous poets.
