Important warning. Scammers play on fear and haste.

📜 Recently, people have been receiving mass messages allegedly from the tax authorities. About switching to a tax regime, urgent notices, threats of fines and requests to follow a link.

These are scammers.

Their goal is simple. To scare, confuse and lure out your data or money.

Remember three simple rules to avoid falling for the tricks of scammers:

  1. All official notifications come only in the Personal Cabinet of the taxpayer or through verified services (official electronic services, push notifications and contact center 1414).
  2. No codes from SMS. If someone asks for a “confirmation code” or your password - it is 100% a scammer. Real CGD staff never ask for such data.

3- Do not click on links. If you get a strange email from the “tax office” with a ‘pay’ or “check” button - just delete it.

✅ What to do:

- do not click on suspicious links

- Do not reply to unknown senders

- Do not share personal and financial data

- check information only through official channels

Separately about the transition to simplified taxation.

Filing a notification to the SNR on a simplified declaration is available from January 1, 2026.

You can do it:

- in the Taxpayer's Cabinet via EDS

- in the E-Salyq Business application

- in bank applications (Kaspi, Halyk, BCC)

- in person on paper at the State Revenue Department.

No codes, queues or “preliminary records” are generated or requested by the tax authorities.

Be careful. Scammers play on fear and haste.

Check the information. Trust only official sources.
