A district experience-sharing seminar for career guidance teachers was held on the topic “Choosing a Profession – a Step into the Future”

In accordance with the plan of the Methodological Office of the Education Department of Aksuat District, a district-level experience-sharing seminar for career guidance teachers entitled “Choosing a Profession – a Step into the Future” was held on January 30, 2026, at Kokzhyra Secondary School named after M. Auezov.

Career guidance teachers from the district’s schools took part in the seminar and exchanged professional experience. According to the program, career guidance teacher A. Balpanova conducted an informative lesson for 2nd-grade students on the topic “What Profession Is This?”. During the lesson, students completed tasks using an interactive board, explored the world of professions, learned about the specifics of various careers, and shared their impressions.

In addition, career guidance teacher S. Aubakirova organized a roundtable discussion with students of grades 7–10 on the topic “I Can Choose a Profession.” The students were divided into groups, actively participated in discussions, expressed their opinions, and shared their thoughts on the importance of making a conscious career choice.

The seminar topic was comprehensively covered, and its objectives were achieved. Participants were introduced to the work of the school’s “Skilled Hands” club. Handicrafts and museum exhibits, including historical artifacts, were presented. The teachers were also ознакомлены with the school’s ongoing systematic work in the field of career guidance.

At the end of the seminar, participating teachers from district schools shared their feedback and impressions.

The seminar was concluded by Kuralai Kuzhakhanovna Rakhimbayeva, methodologist of the Education Department. Certificates from the Education Department were awarded to S. Aubakirova and A. Balpanova for sharing their professional experience.
