We warn you about scammers!

The Department of State Revenue of the Mangystau region informs that recently people have been receiving mass messages allegedly from tax authorities. About the transition to the tax regime, urgent notifications, threats of fines and requests to follow the link.
These are scammers!
Their goal is simple. Scare, confuse, and extort your data or money.
Remember three simple rules to avoid falling for the tricks of scammers:
- All official notifications are sent only to the taxpayer's Personal Account or through trusted services (official electronic services, push notifications and contact center 1414).
- No SMS codes. If someone asks for a "verification code" or your password, they are 100% scammers. Real employees of the SRC never ask for such data.
- Do not follow the links. If you receive a strange email from the tax service with a "pay" or "check" button, just delete it.
What to do:
- do not click on suspicious links;
- do not reply to unknown senders;
- do not share personal or financial information;
- check information only through official channels.
Separately, about the transition to simplified
The submission of a notification to the SSR on a simplified declaration is available from January 1, 2026.
You can do this:
- in the taxpayer's Office via EDS;
- in the e-Salyq Business app;
- in the applications of banks (Kaspi, Halyk, BCC);
- personally on paper in the State Revenue Department.
The tax authorities do not generate or request any codes, queues, or "preliminary records."
Be careful. Scammers play on fear and haste.
Check the information. Trust only official sources.
