At the hardware meeting, the results of the socio-economic development of the city of Kostanay for 2025 were summarized. According to the results of the reporting period, the city recorded steady growth in key macroeconomic indicators.

Dynamic development is noted in industrial production, investment activity, the construction sector, as well as wholesale and retail trade. The volume of industrial production approached 2 trillion tenge. The manufacturing industry, including mechanical engineering, continues to play a key role in the city's economic structure. During the year, over 92 thousand vehicles and commercial equipment were produced, and the output of agricultural machinery and food products was increased.

384.5 billion tenge in investments were attracted to the city's economy, of which approximately 90 percent are private investments. As part of the implementation of major investment projects, over 2.8 thousand new jobs were created. By the end of the year, 336.6 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which accounts for more than 65 percent of the total housing commissioning volume in the region.

The city's population exceeded 276 thousand people and continues to grow, which confirms the stable socio-economic development of Kostanay and its attractiveness for living, working, and investment activities.
