A new draft of the Constitution has been submitted to the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the constitutional reform planned for 2026. The document is aimed at modernizing the country's legal system, improving public administration, and creating a legal framework that meets the modern requirements of social development.

The new draft Constitution identifies education and science, culture and innovation as the state's main priorities. These areas will serve as the basis for developing human capital and strengthening the country's intellectual potential.

For the first time, norms have been introduced to protect the rights of citizens in the digital environment, and legal mechanisms have been defined for ensuring the security of personal data and the use of modern technologies.
