The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that the payment for negative environmental impact under the Budget Code refers to special income.

The Ministry of Finance has changed the budget classification code from 105316 to 401101 in order to bring it into line.

The posting update from the TNF 870.00 declaration was set on February 3, 2026.

Now, in order for the payment to be credited correctly to the budget, the payment must be made on BCC 401101.
